What's New in Women's Self-Defense

Women's Self-Defense Instructor Certification Courses Feb. 27 & 28 in New York

Steve Kardian will be teaching two different women's self-defense modules from the Women's Empowerment Series this month:

WHEN:

Sat., Feb. 27 Fight Like a Girl (FLAG)
Sun., Feb. 28 Girls on Guard (GOG)

WHERE:

Defend University New York
Westchester, NY

These are the two most popular modules our instructors teach. GOG is the module that is usually requested most often by schools, corporations and women's groups.  However, FLAG is by far the most popular module that are requested by individuals.  Students that take one usually end up taking the other as well. To get a description of what the women's self-defense curriculum entails for both modules go here.

You can take each module separately, however, we've found that most people certify in both at the same time to be able to offer them to different audiences or to be able to offer their students at least two different.  The cost for each module is US$295 and includes all course materials. Go here to see what the women's self-defense certification from the Women's Self-Defense Institute entails.
