We're back again in in beautiful Dublin, Ireland for the next Instructor Certification course on Oct. 29 and 30.

Ray Butcher of Defend University/Ireland will be our host in this historic and beautiful city.

Dates:   Saturday, 29 Oct. and Sunday, 30 Oct.

Times:  Saturday from 1.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

We will be getting together as a group out for dinner on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. 

The schedule is timed such that you can fly or drive in on Sat. morning and fly or drive out on Sunday afternoon or evening.

The hotels and Bed & Breakfasts noted below are generally located close to the site of the course. There are a couple of hotels and several B&B’s to choose from.  The accommodations are near shops, restaurants and pubs and it is very close to the city. There are plenty of hotels in the city centre if people want to go more upmarket.

Dress & Equipment

We will be working all day on the mats so you should wear long pants and shirts with sleeves. Generally, people wear sweat pants, gi pants, or BDU pants and a t-shirt.  All of the other equipment such as training knives and training guns will be supplied. The course materials will be provided so you can focus your attention on the course.

Cost:

The cost per participant is US$495 (approximately 411 Euros or 278 British Pounds).  One of the benefits of becoming a certified instructor is that you can attend any other subsequent instructor's course in the world free of charge.  The family of Rape Escape instructors is very tight and supportive so we will have other instructors traveling to the Dublin class just as we did last year.

Registration

There will be some limits put on the number of participants as well as the number of instructors representing certain regions.  So make sure you register early to save a spot.

*Current Rape Escape Instructors do not need to pay the registration fee, but are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.  Please let me know if you are going to attend so we can have an accurate count on for space reasons.
