Women's Self-Defense Instructors
Instructor 2
Mike Abramovich is
the Executive Director of Training for Certified Instruction and Training,
LLC.
"Whether you have a weapon at
hand or not, you should be equipped with the knowledge to protect your life
and body from attack. More often than not, you will be alone when attacked,
and you will be solely responsible for your safety. The police are not there
to protect you, they are paid to find out who raped and killed you."

About
Certified Instruction & Training, LLC.
Certified Instruction &
Training is a personal protection training and firearms safety organization.
CIT was founded in 2002 to address the need for quality training for people in
the southwest Phoenix valley. Our focus is to provide a safe, encouraging
environment that will allow students to learn to defend themselves using “real
world”, proven tactics. Our professional methods and training techniques
provide our students with the ability and knowledge that will allow them to
build their skills, and provide them with information that could potentially
save their life or the life of a loved one.
CIT offers most of its courses in the evenings and on weekends in the Goodyear, AZ area. Our courses are convenient, inexpensive and are located to require minimum travel for those living in the Southwest Valley.
All of our instructors are
highly qualified Personal Protection Instructors, as well as NRA and Arizona
DPS Certified Instructors.

| What do you mean "Fight like a Girl"?
"In a stranger-rape situation, if he allows you to see his face, you get his name, or you can somehow otherwise identify your attacker, and he knows it, it’s all the more important to get away from him, even if he has a knife and you are risking injury. Because unless he’s quite inexperienced, he’s likely to kill you to leave no witnesses." Program a Long Time Coming "The concept of enlightening women to 'fight like girls' is a long time coming. We should have been doing this years ago. The female body is built differently and can be used effectively against a male attacker if trained properly. Defend University and the Rape Escape program have proven again and again that the Fight Like a Girl program is successful, easy to learn and easy to deliver."
