Peter Iacavazzi is a highly accomplished grappler and martial arts competitor and has been a long-time proponent and instructor of the Rape Escape method.

Peter has worked with the SEAL teams and the Delta teams, especially the Naval Warfare Special Development Group "DEV GROUP" out of Virginia Beach. During the Salt Lake City Olympics he worked with an elite group of Delta operators and Army Rangers that were stationed in the area as a military special op security force.

Peter is a highly articulate speaker and also gives seminar speaking engagements dealing with rape and especially "teen" sexual assaults and the do's and don'ts on today's college and high school campuses. He currently speaks regularly to high school and college students and parents regarding female safety and response.

Peter currently teaches out of his school,  Ultimate Submission Academy and Behring Jiu-Jitsu of Bozeman, located at 515 Michael Grove # 53 in Bozeman.

• Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Sylvio Behring.
• Fully certified "TAC" (tactical arrest and control) instructor.
• 2003 middle weight Pan-American jiu-jitsu champion.
• 2002 middleweight Grapplers Quest champion.
• New Jersey state champion prep wrestler.
• New Jersey Golden Glove boxing champion.

To share my knowledge and expertise as a Rape Escape educator in the hopes of giving every student a fighting chance! If I can help to save one life then all the kicks and punches and bruises received on the mat will have been worth it!!!"
