Women's Self-Defense Instructors
Instructor 3 Dan Lundy has a passion for teaching women’s self-defense
and he wants to share it with as many women as possible. “Women of every age, size, shape and fitness level can effectively defend themselves against a larger, stronger attacker if they know the proper techniques and have the right training,” he says. Dan is a Senior Instructor for the Women’s Empowerment Series and is also an AWSDA Certified Rape Prevention Instructor.
