Women's Self-Defense Instructors
Victoria Sindlinger
Knoxville, TN
Instructor 2
Fight Like a Girl
Girls on Guard
(5-15-10)
Victoria Sindlinger is an equipment specialist who helps
women become empowered to protect themselves and their families through
education, training and equipment.
A former Marine, for the past 20 years Victoria has accrued experience and
excelled in various Industries such as Corporate/ Physical Security, Telecom
Management and currently is a manufacturer/distributor representative of
tactical equipment to the U.S. Military, Federal Agencies and Law Enforcement.
“On almost a daily basis I am asked by one of my existing customers how they can
better ensure the safety of their wife/girlfriend, mother, sister or daughter
while they are on shift for long hours or deployed as part of their job- I had
the knowledge to make sound equipment recommendations, but I knew I wanted to be
as confident in my offering of an effective self defense system. The Women's
Empowerment Series modules give me the tools to teach a very potent skill set
that is easy to learn, use and most importantly dramatically increase any
woman’s ability to successfully defend against an attacker.”
She started PDE as a way to support not only the Warfighter and First Responders
with quality equipment, but by also supporting their families and communities by
providing self defense courses for women and girls as well as effective (yet
civilian appropriate) safety/defense equipment. Victoria provides group classes,
individual instruction as well as a variety of corporate rates and packages. To

What do you mean "Fight like a Girl"?
"In
a stranger-rape situation, if he allows you to see his face, you get his
name, or you can somehow otherwise identify your attacker, and he knows
it, it’s all the more important to get away from him, even if he has a
knife and you are risking injury. Because
unless he’s quite inexperienced, he’s likely to kill you to leave no
witnesses."
John Douglas, legendary FBI profiler
Program a Long Time Coming
"The concept of enlightening
women to 'fight like girls' is a long time coming. We should have been doing
this years ago. The female body is built differently and can be used
effectively against a male attacker if trained properly.
Defend University and the Rape Escape
program have proven again and again that the Fight
Like a Girl program is successful, easy to learn and easy to deliver."
