As a result, I started studying and researching different self-defense programs that were not martial arts based. Fortunately, I ran across the Rape Escape Program Fight Like A Girl. After, ordering and reviewing the DVD series, I concluded that this program offers effective and realistic training for women and young teens of all ages.
