Jamie became interested in teaching the Women's Empowerment Series after taking the Fight Like a Girl classes at Winning Edge.

"I have lived with my own personal experiences and the scars they left for most of my life.  Then I started taking the [FLAG] seminars, which was very hard for me.  But as time went by and with each class I took, my confidence and sense of self-worth grew.  The suddenly I noticed that my emotional scars began to heal.  So now I want to give that empowerment to other women.  To prevent them from having to go through it and to help those who already have."
